Terms and Conditions

1. The BikeSportz Industry Purchase Program is exclusive to BikeSportz Imports employees and our retailers incl their staff.

2. One account will be created per BikeSportz employee or retail store location. Applications for individual retail staff will be declined unless approved by BikeSportz Imports.

3. Products purchased are solely for personal use and are not for resale. Any BikeSportz employee or retail store location found purchasing products for anything other than personal use outlined in these conditions, will have their account terminated.

4. BikeSportz reserves the right to manage the BikeSportz Industry Purchase Program at its discretion and terminate access to the portal due to misuse i.e. reselling, selling products in store or for any other reason.

5. BikeSportz reserves the right to change or alter prices without prior notice. If you have already submitted an order at a particular price, we will supply your ordered products at that price (unless your order is affected by a pricing error).

6. BikeSportz reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time. If BikeSportz rejects your order, you will receive a refund of any money paid.

7. Access to the BikeSportz Industry Purchase Program is only valid online at www.bikesportz.com.au.

8. Accounts will be closed if the business closes or is sold. The staff will no longer have access to the program and the new owners of the business will need to re-apply through the portal.

9. BikeSportz reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the BikeSportz Industry Purchase Program at any time.

10. Information and pricing offered on the BikeSportz Industry Purchase Program portal is to remain strictly confidential. Sharing this information may result in your account being terminated.

11. Products purchased through the BikeSportz Industry Program are not eligible for free shipping. All purchases must be shipped to the account holders billing address.

12. Purchases are eligible for Click & Collect and must be collected from our Braeside showroom in Melbourne, Victoria within 7 days from date of purchase. Click & Collect terms and conditions can be found here.

13. Products are subject to availability.

14. This is a non-transferable benefit. You may not share your BikeSportz Industry Purchase Program privileges. Doing so may result in your account being terminated.
